Claudia McLeod, Director

Claudia is a Director at Strategex, Inc. and specializes in Voice of the Customer (VOC) Research.

Claudia has close to 20 years of experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry. Her primary disciplines are strategic planning, sales management and new business development. Her main area of consulting is focused on working on growth strategies with B2B companies by deriving customer insights through Voice of the Customer market studies.

Prior to joining Strategex, Claudia worked primarily in the packaging industry. She worked for a division of Crown Cork & Seal, where she held sales management, business development and strategic management roles. Prior to this, Claudia worked as a consultant for Swisslog Translogic, a global provider of integrated logistics solutions for the Healthcare industry.

Claudia started her career working for Videojet Systems, a world leading manufacturer of coding, printing and laser marking products in the product identification industry. In this role she worked with various clients in the Manufacturing, Food & Packaging industry.

Claudia received her MBA from The University of Leeds in the UK  — Leeds University Business School, and her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.
